Career Counselling and Placement Assistance
The Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation team collaborates with various corporate sectors (automobile, manufacturing, banking and financial services, labor intensive, and agro-based industries) to facilitate job assistance for both skilled and unskilled workers in rural India.
Ishwarpura Policies
- Our NGO will organise Career counselling session in various Colleges and Universities for Career oriented aspirants, who are aspire for different areas
- Organising JOB Fair for all skilled or technically educated (ITI, Diploma) youth and 12th Pass educated youth for various position in Rural Areas.
- Will organise placement assistance camp for skilled people like (Carpenter, Black smith Painter, gardener, etc.)
- Planned to develop skill development centre and job placement centre
- Counselling for soft skill / Life-skill training under Employee Engagement
